John Donnelly has over eighteen years of experience within the financial
services industry. His expertise lies with his knowledge and use of market
data and databases, and he has extensive experience within the trading,
securities movement and control, accounting, compliance and accounting
functions. Mr. Donnelly has a unique understanding of both the business
and systems side of the process, which has been demonstrated through his
ability to provide logical technical and process side solutions throughout
his career. John has worked at BlackRock Financial Management, Bankers'
Trust, Morgan Stanley, The Boston Company, State Street Bank, and Bank

Brian Donnelly has acquired a wealth of knowledge across various industries
including investment and commercial banking, the computer reseller market,
and the manufacturing sector in a capacity both at the senior management
and independent consultant level. His insight has positively impacted
some of the most well known companies in the United States including Fidelity
Investments, Apple Computer, Chase Manhattan Bank, and State Street Bank
from a product development, administrative and financial perspective.

Mr. Elias has approximately fifteen years of investment management,
trading, business analysis and project management experience in the
financial services industry. This diversified background began by
supporting mutual funds while employed by two prominent custodian
banks. Shortly thereafter, his career shifted to the investment side of
the business working on a global bond trading desk supporting the
derivative, currency and fixed income investment processes. During this
time, Mr Elias gained perspective on the investment process and trading
activities across numerous security types. With that knowledge gained,
Mr Elias's career path shifted to the investment technology and operations
arena. His experiences allowed for him to fully understand the business,
provide management and oversight of multiple 3rd party and proprietary
trading applications, as well as other front, middle and back offices
software products within a very succesful investment management firm.
He has worked at State Street Bank and Trust, Brown Brothers Harriman,
Scudder, Stevens and Clark and Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo. Mr. Elias
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Statistics from
University of Vermont and an Masters of Business Administration with a
concentration in Finance and Operations from the Boston College Carroll
School of Management.

Mr. Linder is a diversified, well-experienced consultant with over twelve
(12) years in the financial services sector encompassing the areas of
business analysis, financial data modeling, asset reference vendor data
review and recommendations and vendor mapping. He has extensive
experience in all phases of the project life cycle. During his career,
Mr. Linder has acquired an in-depth knowledge of security reference data
systems, including the indicative data, pricing and corporate action
components. He has worked with many of the leading market and financial
data providers during the course of his career. Additionally, he has
extensive knowledge and experience building and customizing portfolio
management and reporting systems. Primarily, he has worked within
Information Technology departments providing business and systems analysis,
as well as acting as a liaison between technologists, users and other
business and systems analysts. He has worked at JP Morgan Chase, Bankers
Trust, Kidder Peabody, Merrill Lynch and Keane, Inc. Mr. Linder received
his bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Management
Systems and a concentration in Finance from University of Connecticut at
Storrs .
